Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

United Socialist States of America

You're right, Steve, it was a good article... With this ruling, what would stop the government to take private property against the owner's will and build strip malls, hotels, etc. This should destroy the myth that liberals are for the "little people"... Liberals are for government power ruled by the elites.
