Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Which "so called" allies would that be???

We used moderation & restraint in responding to terrorist attacks against America since the first World Trade Center bombing up until 9/11 and look what that got us... The liberal belief of "Peace through appeasement" doesn't work...

With regard to alienating our closest allies, who would that be... France??? Germany???

Salute
