Stokes Co. Chairman chimes in on the final budget...

From John Turpin, chairman of the Stokes County Board of Commissioners:

Couldn't get them to come down last night to revenue neutral. The tax
rate was established at 60 cents, fire tax was raised 1 cent for King, 3.3
for Walnut Cove, and .5 cent for the county. Joe and I voted against
all.
