Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Racist Paternalism at the NCAA

Given this sort of rank stupidity, one can only conclude that these liberals are mentally defective. It is also a wonder that imbecils of this caliber found their way to the top of a national organization. Well, maybe not. When you consider the US Congress, maybe this isn't so unusual after all.
