Bring on the Offsets, House Conservatives Say

(CNSNews.com) - Dozens of House conservatives will gather on Wednesday to suggest specific ways of paying for hurricane relief with "offsets" -- hundreds of billions of dollars in spending cuts to offset the cost of hurricane relief.
