Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. (CNSNews.com) - A black conservative group Thursday said Wednesday's ruling on the Pledge of Allegiance "serves as a timely reminder of the importance of jurists who adhere to a strict originalist interpretation of the Constitution."
