Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

RE: Re: Complain Less

Since I was raised to believe that my neighbor's problem is also my problem, I can't understand the reason of your argument at all. This is also what Jesus taught, and I try to follow his teachings to the best of my ability. He said that loving your fellow man was the most important mission we have on this earth. Oh well. That was a long time ago. He'd probably feel differently if he saw all these crack-heads!!
