The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Parental Rights Versus Abortion 'Rights' to be Argued

The U.S. Supreme Court will be asked Wednesday to decide under what circumstances an underage girl should be allowed to have an abortion without at least one of her parents or guardians being told in advance about the procedure.
