Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Is yours truly a "bushbot"??? :-)

Now that's a darn shame. The pods got to Andy and now he's a bushbot.

Do a Google search on the Brezhnev Doctrine and on neo-Jacobins, Andy. If you haven't been completely taken over by the GOP pod-people, you might find what comes up to be of some interest.
Let me get this straight, just because I don't rank Bush in the "evil" category with the likes of Stalin, Hitler, & Pol Pot (just to name a few), I am somehow a "Bushbot" and on the verge of being taken over by "GOP pod-people." Come on, Steve, stop being irrational. :-)
