Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. RE: GOP wins, bipartisanship suffers

Steve opines: Whenever we hear NandO weeping about a loss of bipartisanship, we can be sure that what it is actually mourning is the loss of Democrat Party rule by fiat.
I hear ya... It's always conservative Republicans who have to compromise their principles.
