Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

There has been some weird sea life things happening off the coast of Japan. I wonder what they are testing or putting in the water.

That's wild. Is this a true story? I mean it almost doesn't look real. Amazing. We know more about space than our own ocean, pretty scary.
