Danbury may be home to two developments

DANBURY (Winston-Salem Journal) - Two developers are eyeing Danbury, with its population of 108, to cash in on tourists drawn here by the Dan River and Hanging Rock State Park.

One developer plans luxury log homes on 43 acres. Another proposes shops.

The proposed development could mean thousands in additional tax revenue and require the first voluntary annexation in the town’s history.
