Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Decker to start serving his time

Former state legislator is to report to federal prison today in South Carolina

RALEIGH (Winston-Salem Journal) -
Michael Decker, the former state legislator from Walkertown who aided Jim Black’s corruption, will report to a South Carolina prison today and begin serving a sentence of up to four years.
