Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Clinton Campaign Confirms Planting Town Hall Question, Says It Won't Happen Again

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Fox News) — Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s campaign admitted Friday that it planted a global warming question in Newton, Iowa, Tuesday during a town hall meeting to discuss clean energy.

Clinton campaign spokesman Mo Elliethee admitted that the campaign had planted the question and said it would not happen again.

I get the feeling this isn't the first time a question has been planted at one of her events.

In my opinion they are just saying they will be slicker next time and won't get caught. They were taught by Slick Willie.
