Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Again -- just watch these YouTube debates ... pretty informative. You should resist the temptation to take the word of reporters. The words of these people are far more powerful. Listen.

The last person I would listen to on any of this would be Michelle Malkin. She sees left-wing plots and conspiracies behind every other rock, yet she somehow manages to miss the 300 pound gorilla of Republican shadiness that is sitting on her own computer keyboard.
