Bully Pulpit
The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Not really funny. I don't like Hillary and won't vote for her; however, resorting to the 'she's a dike' schtick is pretty limp. Surely pubbies have more than this. If not, they're doomed.
Maybe you're taking this a bit too seriously. It's a parody with little kids; it's not meant to be serious.
By the way, what are "pubbies"?
I thought it was funny. I liked the little girl in the pink shirt; maybe she should try stand-up comedy when she gets older. :)
