Thompson Off Ballot in Delaware

CBS News has confirmed that Fred Thompson will not be on the Republican ballot in Delaware for that state’s primary on February 5th. Thompson campaign officials say they gathered enough signatures to get on the ballot for the primary, but not enough of them were Republican voters.

Not much by itself, but combined with the other missteps of the Thompson campaign, who knows? Not too impressive for the supposed savior of the GOP.
