The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Farmers' Demand for Hay Overwhelming Relief Efforts

RALEIGH, N.C. (Fox 8 News) - The demand from farmers for hay from North Carolina's hay-relief efforts has been overwhelming, according to a media release from the state's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
