Huck discounts veep talk

(NYDailyNews.com) - Mike Huckabee, vowing to stay in the race for President, said Sunday he doesn't figure to be on Republican favorite John McCain's short list for vice president.

"I'm not going to be asked," Huckabee said on NBC's "Meet the Press."

"I think it's pretty evident that there would be a whole lot of people on the list long, long before me, and one of them would say, 'yes,'" Huckabee said.
