Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Culler to leave Westfield

WESTFIELD (The Pilot) — The Westfield Medical Center announced last week that Dean Culler, P.A., will be leaving the community-based practice, at 6740 Westfield Road, on March 14.

Culler has accepted a position as a physician extender in the emergency department with Hugh Chatham Hospital in Elkin.

“Dean has been with us for 15 years,” said Westfield Medical Center Board of Directors Chairman Jack George, “and he’s done a great job. We’re glad for him to have this opportunity but he will be missed. We hate to see him go.
