Stokes to look at plan

Private company wants to buy Stokes Home Health

DANBURY (Winston-Salem Journal) -
From a fiscal point of view, selling Stokes Home Health to a private company could make sense.

Those who work for the program, which is a division of the Stokes County Health Department, aren't sure, though, that it would be in their best interest and in the best interest of the people they serve.

At its regular meeting tonight, members of the Stokes County Board of Commissioners will examine a proposal from an unnamed private company to take over the program.
