Energy Chair: Energy Bill Likely to Hike Energy Prices

(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.), chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, said it is "likely true" that President Obama's cap and trade program will raise energy costs for Americans.
