The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Congressman: Dem Health Care Plan Tells Seniors to ‘Drop Dead’



“Last week, Democrats released a health care bill which essentially said to America’s seniors: ‘drop dead.' Despite their promise to care for our seniors, Democrats have decided that it's too expensive to care for my senior constituents and everyone else's constituents."
