Mikulski Slips Abortion Services into Health-Care Bill



(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D.-Md.) slipped an amendment into the Senate health care bill that would allow the administraion to mandate that insurance companies cover abortion and taxpayers pay for it.
