Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Did Hillary Clinton Embellish Another Travel Story?



“We stayed at the Europa Hotel, as I have again this time, even though then there were sections boarded up because of damage from bombs.”

(Breitbart.tv) - Editor's Note: The article in the related section below explains that the last bombing at the hotel occurred in May of 1993. All repairs were completed by the time the hotel reopened in February of 1994. Clinton stayed at the hotel 21-months later. Hotel officials say that any work going on at the time would have been of a routine nature.
