Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Football Ref Smashed in Face With Helmet by Member of Losing Team



(WHAM) - While a football referee lay bleeding on the field, team members of the man responsible refused to hand over their cell phones so someone could call 911.
