The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. School Kids Sing For Health Care Reform On Set Of CNN



(Real Clear Politics) - Kids from the Ron Clark Academy are on CNN singing for health care reform set to Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA." The song mentions "Obama says everyone needs health care now."
