The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Olympian Nancy Kerrigan’s Brother Arrested in Connection with Dad’s Death



(WFXT) - Police are looking into the sudden death that occurred early Sunday morning at the childhood home of former Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan. Her 70-year-old father was found dead. Mark Kerrigan, the victim's son, remains in police custody. Emergency crews were sent to 7 Cedar Avenue after getting reports of an unresponsive male. Daniel Kerrigan was taken to Winchester Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
