Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Caught on Video: Canadian Teachers Perform Lap Dance in Front of Students

(CBC News) - Two Winnipeg high school teachers have been pulled off the job after they performed a lap dance in front of about 100 students during a school-sanctioned pep rally.

The incident took place during a spirit week dance competition at Churchill High School last Wednesday, and a minute-long cellphone video was posted on the internet afterwards. Access to the footage has since been blocked.

In the video, the teachers — a man and a woman — can be seen grinding against each other while the woman sits in a chair placed in the middle of the gym floor. At one point, the male teacher simulates oral sex by bobbing his head several times near the woman's genitals.

Students in the background were clearly flabbergasted at what was happening.

Not 'bad', but clearly inappropriate for kids the age of their students.

Certainly shows a lack of smarts on the part of the teachers. I don't think I'd want them being responsible for my kids of that age.

your right it isn't 'bad' but its not appropriate for those kind of kids. But,as if those kids have not seen much worse and I'm sure some of those very kids have already had sex. Those teachers did deserve to get fired, they're suppose to set good examples and be mature.
