Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Clift has a high school education. She didn't finish either college that she started. And it shows in her "thinking". Go back to secretarial work Clift, that is your true calling.
