The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. S.D. Governor: Feds Shouldn't Force People to Buy Health Insurance



(CNSNews.com) - Gov. Mike Rounds (R.-S.D.) said he does not think the federal government should force the citizens of his state to purchase health insurance, one of the mandates in the health care bill.
