The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Dem Rep Debbie Wasserman-Shultz Tells Townhall Obamacare Doesn't Require You to Buy Insurance



(Eyeblast.tv) - During Democrat Debbie Wasserman-Shultz's April 5th townhall she was asked where the Constitution grants her the power to require individuals to buy health insurance. She replies that Obamacare does not require people to buy insurance. Her answer is factually inaccurate.
