Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. CNN: Rev. Franklin Graham Accuses Obama Administration of Hostility Toward Christians

"I don't think this would have happened under Bill Clinton..."

Breitbart.tv Editor's note: CNN has posted and deleted two different versions of this interview. The first post included a sub-headline characterizing Graham's comments as saying the Obama administration was hostile to Christianity. The newest version has a much milder subhead that reads: "The Rev. Franklin Graham discusses being disinvited to the Pentagon over his comments about Islam." Because the CNN links have been changing we will use this YouTube version for now.
