The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co. to Split Cost of Research Park



WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) - The city of Winston-Salem and Forysth Co. announced Monday they will split the $6.2 million cost of renovating the Piedmont Triad Research Park's northern district.

The $6.2 million renovation will help lure Wexford Science and Technology to Forsyth County. The Forsyth Co. Commissioners voted to approve the move on Monday night.
