The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Arizona Dem Rep: Obama Refuses To Visit Arizona Border



(Real Clear Politics) - Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) says President Obama has refused to visit the Arizona border. Giffords is from the district where rancher was murdered, most likely by an illegal alien.
