The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Limbaugh: When Does Unemployment Benefits Become Welfare?



(Real Clear Politics Video) - Rush Limbaugh says Obama's "summer of recovery" will include the opening of new soup kitchens and renovating unemployment offices.

Limbaugh wonders "at what point does unemployment compensation become welfare."

"The longer you pay people not to work, the longer they're going to try not to work," Limbaugh said.
