Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

DNC Chair Withholds Support to Dems Who Speak Out Against Obama/Pelosi



(Breitbart.tv) - DNC Chairman Tim Kaine on The Situation Room. When asked by host Wolf Blitzer if he would be supporting Democrats who have come out against President Obama and Speaker Pelosi, Kaine replied: “You won’t be surprised, Wolf, to know that I tend to be a little more helpful to those who are enthusiastically telling about the good things the party has done.”
