The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Steny Hoyer Contradicts Nancy Pelosi on Stephen Colbert Testimony; ‘Was Inappropriate’



(Breitbart.tv) - The Majority Leader of the House, Steny Hoyer, called Stephen Colbert's Friday testimony "Inappropriate". This is in stark contrast to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who said that she thought the testimony was "great".
