The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. AZ Dems Encourage Voters to go Libertarian to Hurt GOP

(By Meredith Jessup, The Blaze) - It’s not only election season; it’s the season of political hijinks.

There have been numerous reports of states’ Democratic Parties propping up fake tea party candidates in an effort to split the GOP vote.  Now, according to a report from the Arizona Daily Star, the Arizona Democratic Party has actually been caught circulating fliers in the state’s 8th Congressional District touting Libertarian Steve Stoltz as the “real conservative” in the race, a clear attempt to draw votes away from Republican and tea party-favorite Jesse Kelly.
