Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Jimmy Carter: Ronald Reagan Won Because of Third Party Candidate



(Breitbart.tv) - Former President Jimmy Carter (D-GA) made a strange claim on MSNBC's "Hardball": "Ronald Reagan only had less than 51% of the vote, but he won because of a third-party candidate."
