Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Al Sharpton Calls for FCC to Censor Rush Limbaugh



(Breitbart.tv) - Al Sharpton suggests that the FCC should revoke licenses of stations who carry Rush Limbaugh because of "a racial and gender bias format".

(Townhall.com) - "Al's "clearly" not interested in "trying to block free speech," you see. He's merely suggesting that radio stations that carry Limbaugh's show -- and thus embrace a format of "racial or gender bias" -- should have their broadcast licenses revoked, 'that's all'..."
