Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Black Leader Accuses Rep Steve King (R-IA) of Racism Over Pigford Opposition



(Breitbart.tv) - Rep. Steve King (R-IA) appeared on 'Anderson Cooper 360' and debated John Boyd, leader of the Black Farmers Association who spear-headed the Pigford II settlement.

Before any case could be made by the congressman, Mr. Boyd immediately accused him of racism.

Steve King has made his case for being a racist for years - most recently on the House floor this week. He need no help from anyone.
