Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Dem Congressman: GOP 'Gangsters', "Don't Submit To Their Blackmail" On Tax Cuts



(Eyeblast.tv) - Dem. Rep Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) appeared on Face the Nation and referred to the GOP as 'gangsters' and said "don't submit to their 'blackmail" while referring to the tax cuts.
