Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Mike Huckabee Takes Swipes at Bushes, Mitt Romney



(Breitbart.tv) - This morning on 'The Laura Ingraham Show', former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee voiced opposition to the DREAM Act in the U.S. Senate and issued a backhanded critique of likely presidential candidate Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts. Huckabee criticized establishment Republicans who dismiss those who didn't go to the right schools or summer in Europe.
