The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Bank Robber Shot by Police on Live Television



(Breitbart.tv) - An alleged bank robber shielding himself with a female hostage was shot by police and arrested in Maryland Friday after he slipped on ice.
