The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Ted Williams Checking Into Rehab

(Gossip Cop) - Ted Williams is going to rehab, Gossip Cop has confirmed with a rep for Dr. Phil, who convinced the formerly homeless man to seek treatment.

He’s en route to rehab right now.
