The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Texting Woman Who Fell Into Mall Fountain Lawyers Up



(Breitbart.tv) - The woman who fell into a mall fountain because she was texting as she walked may file a lawsuit. She says she might sue the mall because security guards laughed at her instead of helping. Then somebody posted the video on the Internet.
