Finally, One Video Explains Everything That Robert Gibbs Is Not

(By Mark Joyella, Mediaite) - As Aristotle – or was it Bones McCoy on 'Star Trek' – once said, “I’m a doctor, not a bricklayer.” And in the same vein, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs has, over the years, explained to reporters the very many things that he is not. He’s not, for instance, 'a scholar of Chinese history'. And he’s not 'Speaker of the House'. And, as he’s said many times, he is not a lawyer. Or a judge. Or a law enforcement official.

And just to clear up any confusion, Gibbs is also not an insurance company broker. Or a member of the Nobel Prize committee. Or the person who decides what questions the hosts of 'The View' ask the President.

The gang at POLITICO assembled all of the Gibbs “I’m Nots” and strung them together into one highly amusing video that’s just about perfect for a mental health break on a Tuesday.
