The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Supreme Court Justice Scalia Ticketed for Triggering 4 Car Fender-Bender

WASHINGTON (AP/THE BLAZE) — Just because he‘s good on the bench doesn’t mean he’s good on the road.

U.S. Park Police ticketed Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia after a four-car fender-bender Tuesday along the George Washington Parkway. No one was injured in the accident, police said.
