Justice David Prosser Takes Lead in WI Supreme Court Race After ‘Computer Glitch’ Discovered

(Breitbart.tv) - After new numbers came in from Winnebago County Thursday afternoon, Supreme Court Justice David Prosser took a 40-vote lead. Strangely, challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg declared victory before the canvassing even began. A telling display of her judicial temperament.
